By approving an estimate, booking service, or allowing work to proceed, you agree to the following terms.
1. Work Conditions
Tree care work involves specialized equipment and processes. While Good Feller Tree Care takes care to operate efficiently and respectfully on your property, the nature of the work may result in some disturbance to the work area.
We aim to leave each site in a clean and orderly condition upon completion.
2. Access & Site Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the work area.
The client must identify and disclose the location of:
- Irrigation systems
- Invisible fencing
- Septic systems
- Underground utilities or private lines
- Any concealed hazards
Good Feller Tree Care is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed systems.
3. Site Conditions & Responsibility
Site and ground conditions can affect how work is performed.
If work proceeds under conditions such as limited access, soft ground, or other constraints, the client acknowledges that certain outcomes may be unavoidable as part of completing the work safely and efficiently.
4. Scope of Work
All estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of assessment.
Tree care is a dynamic process, and certain structural, safety, or access-related conditions may only become apparent during the course of work, including while climbing or performing aerial inspection.
Good Feller Tree Care reserves the right to apply professional judgment on-site to ensure work is completed safely and to an appropriate standard. This may include adjusting the scope, method, or direction of work based on actual conditions encountered.
In some cases, initial services such as pruning may reveal structural concerns, decay, or risk factors that require a change in approach, including partial or full removal.
Where conditions differ from the original assessment and additional work is required, we will communicate findings clearly and provide updated recommendations. Any work beyond the original scope will be subject to adjusted pricing.
Verbal or written approval of additional work, including on-site confirmation, shall be considered acceptance of revised scope and associated costs.
Verbal agreements made on-site, including approval of estimates or authorization to proceed with work, are considered binding.
By proceeding with services, the client acknowledges that reasonable scope adjustments may be necessary and agrees to associated changes in work and cost where applicable.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accounts not paid within 14 days may be subject to:
- Interest at 2% per month (24% annually)
- Additional administrative or collection costs where applicable
The client agrees to these terms upon approval of service.
6. Scheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
If the work area is inaccessible or not prepared at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply.
7. Debris & Materials
Unless otherwise specified, all wood, logs, and debris remain the property of Good Feller Tree Care.
Clients may request to retain materials such as firewood or wood chips where feasible.
8. Safety
For safety reasons, all work areas must remain clear of people, pets, and vehicles during operations.
Good Feller Tree Care reserves the right to pause or stop work if safety conditions are not met.
9. Liability
Good Feller Tree Care carries appropriate insurance coverage.
Liability is limited to the value of the services provided, except where otherwise required by law.
10. Agreement
By approving an estimate, providing verbal authorization, or allowing work to proceed, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
